Financial Terms

Refund within 14 days after lease end, provided there are no pending issues

To reserve the apartment, a security deposit of €1,500 is required immediately.

• Workers: Residency permit or employment confirmation letter
Upon preparation and signing of the lease, rent will be arranged according to the tenant’s chosen payment method.
