I am an experienced host managing this lovely 3 bedroom apartment. Τwo of the rooms are all already booked by a creative 2 students , boy and girl. There is also a blind cat…but he is very active and loveable.  We are looking for 1 more young individual to join the group.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a well maintained building with elevator and features a spacious common area, which includes the living room and a kitchen equipped with a washing machine, microwave, stove, oven and refrigerator. There are 2 wc (the one has a bath). There is a balcony to relax and smoke if you want.

The rent is €420 per month + 20 euro common expences. It includes water and internet. Electricity is extra and will be split among the tenants.

A bus stop nearby provides direct access to all univercities and city center. If you want you can walk to the city center.

To secure a room, we need a deposit + 1 month rent in advance and a signed contract (minimun 5 months are required). Please note that I am not the owner of the apartment but the host manager.

Cyprus is a great place for Erasmus and young working people. Safe and has nice life. I am an experience host and i had students from Poland, Germany, Italy, Greece, Russia, Iceland and  even Japan and i try to support them and give them a clean safe place to stay!!!
