I’m looking for girl roommate, in Agios Dometios. I’m a second year architecture student and I have an extra room in my house, the rent is 350€ plus the water and electricity bills split by 2. The address is 27 Andrea Dimitriou, CY2369. The apartment is 104sqm and the room for rent is spacious and bright. The room does not have any furniture, so the renter can decorate it as they wish. I would like to find someone who can stay for at least a year because I might go to Erasmus for the fall 2025 semester and I want someone to take care of the house.
